Thrive & Unwind 4-week course (8pm Tuesdays)
A specialised practice for those navigating (peri)menopause. Focusing on techniques to help manage symptoms like hot flashes, anxiety, and poor sleep, while supporting your long-term bone, muscle, and heart health.
We’ll use dynamic and gentle movements, breath-work, mindful practices, and connection to support you through every stage of menopause.
Day & Time: 8pm Tuesdays (6th, 13th, 20th & 27th January 2026)
