    Join me for a weekly class where we will explore dynamic movements, restorative postures, breathing exercises, self-massage, and meditation.

    Day & Time: Fridays, 8.45 - 9.45 AM

    Location: Quinta Real de Caxias park (on the grass, just opposite the wooden footbridge)

    Address: Av. António Florêncio dos Santos 17, Caxias

    Parking: roadside parking available

    Equipment: bring a mat, brick & blanket

    Price: €15 drop-in

    After class, feel free to join us for a coffee at a nearby café or enjoy a quick dip in the sea – it's only a short walk away. Everyone is welcome.

  • Thrive & Unwind: A 4-Weeks Course for (Peri)Menopause

    A holistic approach that goes beyond a regular yoga class. Integrating movement, breath-work, mindful practices, connection, and journaling to help you manage (peri)menopause symptoms and take proactive steps to support your health in the long term.

    Course Highlights: evidence-based information / dynamic and restorative postures / mindful meditation and breath-work / supportive community.

    Day & Time: Tuesdays, 8-9pm (30th Sept, 7th, 14th and 21st Oct)
