  • Yoga for Peri/Menopause

    8-9pm Tuesdays: a 4-week course via Zoom

    Navigate the transitions of menopause with greater ease in our four-week Yoga for Peri/Menopause course. You'll gain practical tools – supported poses, breathwork, and mindfulness – to lessen symptoms such as anxiety, hot flashes, aches, and sleep issues. Each week will also weave in gentle discussions and opportunities to share experiences, fostering a supportive community as you cultivate greater resilience and self-compassion along the way.

Workshops

Run quarterly in-person and sometimes online.

  • Introduction to Menopause Yoga & Hypopressives Workshop

    1-3pm Friday 20th June, Estoril, Lisbon

    Empowering women to thrive and unwind through perimenopause, menopause and beyond within a supportive community. We address symptoms (insomnia, anxiety & irritability, hot flashes, joint & muscle aches and brain fog) and practice tools to address them (movement, breathwork, mindful practices, connection and journaling). Building inner resilience and cultivate a greater sense of wellbeing.

    Simone (@re.centre) will also guide us through vital pelvic floor and core practices.

    We'll close with tea, snacks, and a time for sharing and connection.

    Open to all levels. Everyone is welcome!
