  • Friday Yoga in the Park

    Join me for a weekly class where we will explore dynamic movements, restorative postures, breathing exercises, self-massage, and meditation.

    Day & Time: Thursdays, 8.45 - 9.45 AM

    Location: Quinta Real de Caxias park (on the grass, just opposite the wooden footbridge)

    Address: Av. António Florêncio dos Santos 17, Caxias

    Parking: roadside parking is available

    Equipment: bring a mat, brick & blanket

    Price: €15 drop-in

    After class, feel free to join us for a coffee at a nearby café or enjoy a quick dip in the sea – it's only a short walk away. Everyone is welcome.

  • Introduction to Menopause Yoga

    NEXT DATE SEPTEMBER TBC

    Empowering women to thrive and unwind through perimenopause, menopause and beyond within a supportive community. We address symptoms (insomnia, anxiety & irritability, hot flashes, joint & muscle aches and brain fog) and practice tools to address them (movement, breathwork, mindful practices, connection and journaling). Building inner resilience and cultivate a greater sense of wellbeing.

    We'll close with tea, snacks and a time for sharing and connection.

    Open to all levels. Everyone is welcome!
