Daily Hypopressives and Restorative Yoga aimed at making your true core functional and nervous system regulated.
Hypopressives is a form of low pressure fitness that tones and restores function to the core (pelvic floor, abdominals, postural muscles and diaphragm). This practice will be taught by my dear friend Simone Muller and I will deliver the Restorative Yoga sessions. The retreat will also include nutritious food prepared by a health coach, swimming, nature walks and women’s circles.
Rooms are priced at: twin sharing with en suite at £800 per person, or double room with en suite for a single person at £1,300.

Menopause Yoga

Each workshop will look at a different stage or symptom experienced during the menopause. We explore the specific symptoms of the particular stage and learn yoga techniques that can help elevate these symptoms. There’s time for self-reflection and connection, through group discussion and journaling.
