About
As a mother, I've learned to extend kindness not only to my children but also towards myself.
I take a nurturing approach that builds strength, balance and flexibility in body and mind. I offer dynamic and restorative postures, breathing practices, self-massage and meditation. I provide the structure for your practice and encourage you to listen to your body to discover your emotional and physical requirements.
Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, no matter what stage of life, I hope to provide the support you need.
